Dubai creative cluster Authority issues three types of licenses:
- A Free Zone Company (FZ LLC)
- A Branch of a UAE or foreign Parent Company
- Freelance Permit
A Free Zone Company (FZ LLC):
An FZ LLC is a distinct legal limited entity, same a liability company on mainland that requires to be shared by two shareholders in terms of minimum capital, physical burden and business profit. Shareholders can be corporate entities as well as two persons or both.
A Branch of a UAE or foreign Parent Company:

- Banking Reference (Shareholders)
- Form of Registry Identification Code (RIC)
- Power of Attorney
- Letter of no objection
You have to pay all applicable fees mentioned according to the agreement.
Sign Lease Agreement and Personal Sponsorship Agreement
Collect your license and copy of registered documents.
