- For online applications, no documents are required.
- If you are using other application channels, following is required,
- At least one or all of the partners must visit the outsourcing center to apply for the service.
- Passport copies of all license parties (partners and managers) are required to be provided.
- A Residence Visa copy and NOC issued by the sponsor for foreign parties is required.
- Copies of visit visa to foreign parties are required.
When using e-services, following conditions are to be met,
- Parties not having a previous account on the website shall have to create one account in Dubai ID. They will have to personally appear and show their original ID.
- After that, go to eservices portal and choose “Instant license”
- Login to Dubai ID.
Procedure to Obtain Instant License
- Select legal form
- Select business activity.
- Add the partners and classify the following points below according to the legal form:
- Partners’ share in the Capital.
- Distribution of profits and losses between the partners.
- Trade names should be reserved through the following ways:
- New trade name reservation
- Usage of a trade name that is automatically generated that has the trade name reservation number.
- Put in the value of the Capital in the commercial register data of the Company; rest of the fields will be filled automatically.
- An option to issue an electronic memorandum of association within the available electronic service will be made available to you that you can use or simply choose to skip.
- Payment voucher will be issued.
- You are required to pay the fees now.
When you have successfully completed the process, an instant license will then be instantly in your hand. You are then free to perform your business activities. However, at the time of renewal all the documents will be required from you according to the standards set by DED.
